Dear Mr. Claassen, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Starkey Mini Microphone and that you are dissatisfied with how this has been handled. We sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. The situation you describe is absolutely not the standard of service we aim for. Based on your description, we suspect that you may have a Mini Microphone that communicates with a different series of hearing aids than your Starkey Genesis. If this is indeed the case, the solution is fortunately simple: exchanging the microphone for the correct model. We highly value our customers' satisfaction and usually always find a suitable solution together with the audiologist. We immediately checked our systems, but we cannot find any record of your audiologist contacting us about this issue. We also cannot find a recent contact request from you directly. To investigate this properly for you, we are curious to know when and in what way contact was attempted with us. We would like to resolve this for you.
